He added by saying: The capital will be about 200 million Libyan dinars, and 40% of it will be paid upon subscription and the rest will be paid within three years. From opening an account and making facilities and internal and external transfers, most of them are done through the mobile phone, and opening the account does not take more than seven minutes, and there are no fees, and it is free.
And he continued by saying: Dollar cards will be available in addition to local cards, and we will have new machines called Smart ATMs, which enable the customer to withdraw a card and extract a check book from it, and all banking transactions work, and all these procedures are done technically and electronically.
